Gage & Tollner
Gage & Tollner is an iconic Brooklyn restaurant, and the only restaurant in all of New York with historic landmark status. Walking into Gage & Tollner is like walking into old New York, when Manhattanites used to take the ferry over for Oysters. Gage & Tollner needed to style their historic private event space. They hired Philo to style the shoot, and then co-host a supper club afterwards, celebrating timeless traditions; a nod to G&T’s timeless history.
The Details
-Florals: Bright and airy to lighten up the dark space, but with a regal quality to support the design of this antique gem.
-Arrangements: G&T wanted to show how versatile the space was - it can be used for private dinners, corporate events, cocktail parties and even micro-weddings.
-At the supper club aftewards, Philo & Gage & Tollner asked guests to share one of their traditions around food whether new or old. Every single person willingly shared, leading to a meaningful night of connection with new friends.
